It's like a onesie for adults but what to call it? The baby version is usually called a onesie or romper but also can be called a creeper or snapsuit. In England we usually call it a babygro, in France grenouillère, in The Netherlands kruippakjes. But what could we call an adult onesie that is suitable for international use? In the US they are often called 'footed pajamas'... (or even "Dr. Denton's"?) but our adult sleepsuits don't have integral feet (we think its unhygienic).
