We only deliver to certain countries in the EU – Benelux, Denmark, France, Ireland, Sweden, Finland & Italy. We charge a standard contribution of between 6.95€ – 14.00€ depending on the destination country to cover post and packing:

There should be no duty or taxes payable but if these are due they must be paid locally by the buyer. If goods are held by local customs authorities it is the responsibility of the buyer to organise their release. Items are normally delivered within 5 working days in the EU but during the Christmas period delivery may take much longer. Please note all orders require a signature on receipt.
Orders will either be despatched from our UK or German warehouses. If from the UK we use Royal Mail air mail for delivery; if from Germany we use DHL. A signature is required when the parcel is delivered

We do not receive or hold any of your financial details. We process payments via Paypal which offers you various ways to pay us including most debit/credit cards, or by echeque – find out more about ways to pay for your purchases at www.paypal.com. All payments will be in Euros.
All prices are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge.
You may return any item within 14 days of receipt if you are not happy with it. Please make sure you include your contact details with the item and make it clear whether you require an exchange or refund.
If requested, we will issue a refund (which will not include the costs of delivery) if the terms of return are adhered to.
Please note, the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the goods using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and provides you with proof of posting. We do not refund P&P costs unless an incorrect or faulty item was sent. Refunds will only be made to the paypal account on which the purchase was made – allow up to 10 working days after receipt of the item by us for the refund to appear.

Refunds will only be made if items are returned to us within 14 days of receipt of the original order.
Unfortunately, we will not refund items which are returned to us after the 14 day period.
(We cannot make a refund for goods which have been stained by make-up, deodorant or perfumes whist being tried on or have been damaged by you after receipt. Items must be returned neatly folded and in a saleable condition. If we believe that reasonable care has not been taken of items in your possession we will contact you by email and may not be able to make a full refund for goods.)
